Corleones was once again honored with the Wine Spectator’s
Award of Excellence. All restaurants achieving this honor have passed rigorous evaluations,
demonstrating that their
wine selections are clearly presented and appropriately paired with the restaurant’s cuisine.
This is Corleone's ninth consecutive year of achieving this honor.

Marlon Mayorga, one of Corleone's Executive Chefs, took first place in the March of Dimes
Signature Chef Auction! This is the Second Year in a row that Corleone's
has won the title.
Winning Dish: Pan seared scallop with sweet butternut squash, candied pecans, and drizzled
with brown sugar butter served over micro greens.
